The Younes & Soraya Nazarian Family Foundation established the Younes and Soraya Nazarian Holocaust Education Endowment at Crossroads School for Arts & Sciences. The endowment funds the Nazarian Holocaust Education Grant each year, giving faculty and staff the opportunity to take part in immersive Holocaust education experiences, including visits to historical sites such as Auschwitz-Birkenau, Dachau, Majdanek, and Yad Vashem, as well as academic seminars, study tours, and educator trainings. Grant recipients bring what they learn back into the classroom, developing curriculum enhancements and sharing their experience with the broader school community.
