THE YOUNES & SORAYA NAZARIAN FAMILY FOUNDATION
The Younes & Soraya Nazarian Family Foundation is dedicated to strengthening communities through four core pillars: Education, Arts & Culture, Empowering Women, and Health & Medicine. Giving back to the Jewish and Iranian roots of the family is a central priority of the Foundation, shaping both our program priorities and our geographic focus — Los Angeles and Tel Aviv, Israel, as well as wherever the need is greatest.
The sculpture shown above, entitled Legacy is situated at the entrance to the University of Haifa in Israel. Legacy embodies the spirit of the Foundation, which values the sharing of knowledge and the pursuit of education as catalysts for positive change.

Younes (z"l, of blessed memory) and Soraya Sarah viewed themselves as vigilant stewards of a moral inheritance passed down from their parents. They aspired to carry that legacy forward by sharing both values and resources for the benefit of future generations. Their deep commitment to philanthropy was shaped by personal experiences, beginning with humble origins and challenges in Iran that helped define their lives and purpose.
